I am extremely pleasantly surprised with OSGEAR. First of all, I LOVE OSGEAR website more than ANY other similar site: I love how the PLP (product listing pages) show name of product and small text under shows exact ingredient name. When you open a PDP (product detail page) I love the nearly organized information, you can see if product has low liver toxicity, medium, high, or if it is aromarizing, or if its know to cause acne...etc. <--- this is by far my favorite feature. Its not available on every product, but it is available for most of them, and surely all the important ones.
Shipping was very surpring quick. I received my order in less than 1 week after paying. My payment was approved fairly quickly. Tracking info had constant updates and was very helpful. On top of all this, my order arrived neatly packed AND with a FREE GIFT vial of Test Prop. I love that. Unexpected, but definitely most appreciated. Who doesn't love free stuff? I have done nothing to earn it, but now I will become a loyal customer since it's obvious OSGEAR actually cares about their customers.
Pricing can be good. If you compare outright with alternative site you may find Higher price on OSGEAR, but if you check back later time it is likely they will have buy One get one free promotion which immediately makes it best available pricing.
I do wish OSGEAR also offered the 20% loyal credit reward on each order, or least 15 or 10%, but the occasional promotions help balance this off. At least if you upload Gear pics they do provide you store credit for them which is helpful.
Their support staff is EXTREMELY helpful. Definitely the best I have seen so far for these types of e-Commerce sites.
I have NEVER been ignored by OSGEAR support, and they always reply very quickly.
Just as base of comparison, here is a short but very true story:
I had been loyal customer of napsgear for long time but recently they had significant delays in approving funds, delays in shipping out new orders, & Lost packages that have had so far more than 3 weeks without a SINGLE scan or update of any kind (just initial label created in February). These things happen, I get it. The real problem & by far the worst part is their lack of communication: 2 tickets I created asking for info on missing package only got initial automated reply. Everyday I post message begging for some type of reply. I even created 2nd ticket after 1 week of zero replies. Even that one also got nothing except initial automated. Id beg everyday, please answer, i just want to know what is happening. Very unprofessional. I don't know if they have too many customers or whatever, but that type of service is unacceptable to me.
