Product quality was prime! I took 40mg per day split in two doses morning and night. Be warned, do NOT take it close to bedtime. Sleep was virtually nil when I had to take it close to bed. The use lasted six weeks. This was not supposed to be a cutting cycle, but more for strength. However, results manifested themselves in both areas with a reduction in bf and an increase in lean mass.
