Who will win Mr Olympia 2021?
Mr Olympia is the title awarded to the winner of the professional bodybuilder part of the Joe Weiders Olympia Weekend competition.
This competition is the most popular and most prestigious in the bodybuilding world. It takes place every year, and is organized by the International Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, also known as IFBB.
The title of Mr Olympia or Ms. Olympia for women is the highest honor in the world of bodybuilding.
Participation in this competition is often the pinnacle of one's career, as a matter of fact these athletes have often been training for more than 10 years.
History of Mr Olympia
As the name suggests, this competition was started by the bodybuilder Joe Weider in 1965 with the aim of allowing the winners of Mr Universe to continue to compete.
The first competition of Mr. Olympia was held on September 18, 1965 in New York and the famous Larry Scoot was the winner. He is particularly famous for naming a bicep exercise after him.
Many big name bodybuilders have competed in this competition, for example Arnold Schwarzenegger who became the youngest Mr Olympia in history in 1970 at the age of 23, a record still undefeated. Another famous olympian bodybuilder is Ronnie Coleman, known to be one of the most powerful bodybuilders in history. Ronnie won Mr Olympia consecutively 8 times, a record, from 1998-2005.

This year the competition will be held from October 7 to 10 in Orlando, Florida, the winner of the 2020 Egyptian edition was Mamdouh Elssbaiay aka Big Ramy who will defend his throne against 15 other contenders.
The pharaoh of bodybuilding will have to face a very tough competition with 15 behemoths ready to end his reign. Following bodybuilders are expected to give Big Ramy a tough on the stage.
