Avoid Overtraining

Overtraining is the result of excess motivation, which undoubtedly slows down the success of one's goals. In some cases, the athlete may even be forced to stop practicing the sport.

Overtraining corresponds to an accumulation of physical and psychological fatigue which leads to a drop, or even a drop in performance in the athlete. This state may be accompanied by changes in behavior.

The best way to protect yourself from overtraining is to not allow it by increasing the volume and intensity of the workout slowly and gradually. Give your body enough time to recover and get enough sleep.
