I have a question about using fat burners during a bulking cycle. I have been bulking for the past three months, and with only three weeks left, I have gained some unwanted belly fat. I am considering using over the counter fat burners to help burn off the excess fat. However, I am unsure if this is a safe and effective approach. Should I wait until my current cycle is over before starting a new cycle with tren and doing my post cycle therapy, or is it safe to use fat burners during my bulking cycle? I have always waited three months after a cycle before beginning a new one, but I have never gained this much belly fat on a cycle.
Can anyone offer advice or suggestions on what my options are? Would using tren while doing post cycle therapy be a good idea? Any information or insights would be appreciated. Thank you!
I would suggest that avoid using fat burners as they can cause an adverse effect on your kidney and liver in the long term. You could take vegetables, eggs, and chicken rather than supplements. As long as you are in a caloric surplus, you won't be able to lose weight. Have a controlled surplus that promotes a slow weight gain. Please share your experience with us after the changes.
