We are all aware of the importance of exercise in maintaining our physical health. Did you realise, though, that exercise can also help you stay mentally fit?
Yes, you heard it right. Exercise not only helps us in physical fitness but also keeps us mentally healthy.
People who exercise on a regular basis do so because it makes them feel extremely good. They are more energetic throughout the day, sleep better at night, have better memories, and are more relaxed and optimistic about themselves and their life. It's also an effective treatment for a variety of mental health issues.
Let’s talk about a few psychological benefits of exercise-

  • Helps with Depression and anxiety- Exercise has been scientifically proven to improve mood and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. Endorphins, the body's famous<span> "feel good" chemical generated by the brain and spinal cord that promotes feelings of happiness and euphoria, is increased by physical activity**.**
  • **Decreased Stress-**Reduced stress levels are another mental advantage of exercise, which can make us all happier. Increasing your heart rate can truly reverse stress, improving not only cognition and mood but also thinking that has been muddled by stressful experiences.
  • Increased self-esteem and self-confidence- Regular exercise can help you reach a variety of physical goals, such as boosting endurance, decreasing weight, and developing muscular tone. All of these accomplishments can add up to a huge boost in self-esteem, as well as the confidence that comes with it.
  • Better Sleep-<span> Exercise can also help you obtain a good night's sleep if you're having difficulties sleeping. Physical activity raises body temperature, which can help to relax the mind, resulting in less sheep counting and more sleep.
  • Brain Boost- Exercise improves brainpower in a variety of ways, from increasing intellect to improving memory. Studies on mice and humans indicate that cardiovascular exercise creates new brain cells—a process called neurogenesis—and improves overall brain performance.

You initiated an excellent topic which is also the least discussed 🙏🏻. Imho this board shud have a separate mental health support category where members can hear each other out.

Exercise is the best medicine for anyone going thru a rough period. It takes away the negative thoughts, improves mood & confidence.

A unique advantage of the current study was the evaluation of motives for bodybuilding. From a targeted list of 21 possible reasons for weight training, three plausible motives were derived: personal challenge, physique anxiety and mood control. Of these, mood control shared the strongest positive associations with dependence. This is particularly salient given the study’s focus on anger, hostility and aggression. Interestingly, mood control was directly associated with hostility only, suggesting they may both be cognitive self-evaluations. Further, the placement of these motives in the multivariate models allowed a commentary on their unique contribution to dependence, after shared variance with other predictors had been accounted for.

@bayjack73 Glad that it replaces the waist fats with abs :) and I'm a bit curious that it also contributed to your sleep cycle. But along with taking the hgh products; do you take any other supplements or specific diet for more effective results?

@iron-kid Hey bro, what did you order? It is possible that the product you order is out of stock or there must be an issue with shipping. But they should at least inform you for that.
