What are the best ways to add in bananas and other fruit to where it won’t

when you blend fruit you are breaking it down and making it way less healthy

same concept of juicing an orange vs. just eating it whole

i would rather you just eat the fruit whole then juicing or blending it

i would do a protein shake in a blender and add some fruit tastes great.
