Ran an amp each Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. That boils down to 400mg/week. Did what NPP does. Included a couple of lbs of fit muscle with muscle thickness and thickness. Joints were all around greased up while running Pole furthermore, winny and kept swell at least.
