I've previously had some worthy experiences with this person - consistently incredible communication, fast shipping, and quality items. However, my last transaction ended in disappointment.

Although it was a reasonable purchase, I encountered an issue. I sent the payment via MoneyGram as per the agreed plan, but then I was asked to change the sender's name immediately. Moneygram couldn't authorize this change without proper ID. Naturally, I didn't use my real name (and anyone who does is being reckless), which made it impossible to proceed.

50% Discount

After extensive back-and-forth discussions, the only resolution offered was a 50 percent discount on my next purchase. In essence, I ended up losing hundreds of dollars. Consequently, I'm reluctant to risk sending any more money in the future.
I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but recent experiences have prompted me to start with this one. If the person rectifies this situation, I'm willing to revisit my review and make amendments.
Previously, this person had consistently positive feedback, so I hope they can reverse this trend.
